Rs. 15 subsidy per bird Total subsidy for 6 batches Rs. 45,000.00 per beneficiary
Rs. 15000.00 subsidy per beneficiary for yard construction Total subsidy Rs. 60,000.00 per beneficiary.
With a minimum of 500 broiler birds, the unit cost comes to Rs. 3.05 lakhs.

Eligibility/Who will be the beneficiaries
Available for all castes.
Preference to women/self help groups.
Own land or leased land must be KYC.

Application process and selection process
The Veterinary Officer/Livestock Extension Officer will identify the beneficiary and collect the applications. Along with the application, the beneficiary’s Aadhaar card, bank account, land related certificates will have to be provided. The Veterinary Officer will prepare the project report. The livestock owner will submit the project report to the bank. All applications will be submitted to the office of the Chief Veterinary Officer. The District Executive Committee will make the selection after investigation and pay the subsidy.
