Establishment of Poultry Valley

Benefits
In the project, each farmer will rear 750 chicks every year in 3 cycles. Animal Husbandry Department will provide 500 one-day chicks through MPACS from the state sector budget and the farmer will bear the cost of the last batch of 250 chicks himself.
Cooperative Department will provide interest free loan for poultry shed and rearing of chicks.
Eligibility/Who will be the beneficiaries
It is mandatory for the beneficiary to be a member of the cooperative society M-PACS. Preference is given to female beneficiaries.
The beneficiary should not have any loan from M-PACS or any bank nor should he be a defaulter.
The selected beneficiary should be eligible to take MT and ST loan of Deendayal Upadhyaya Krishi Kalyan Yojana.
The eligible candidate should have his own land or leased land.
Application process and selection process
The beneficiary will have to apply through the cooperative department and the veterinary officer. Aadhar card, bank account, land related account khatauni/Dakhil Kharij/registry/lease related documents, certificate of not being a defaulter from any bank/affidavit will have to be attached with the application.
